As your listing agent in northern Virginia, I market your property using the most effective tools: Internet, Newspaper, and Direct Mail.  I market your property to other real estate agents and to the public - I act as the marketing coordinator, disbursing information about your property to other real estate agents through a Multiple Listing Service or other cooperative marketing networks, open houses for agents, etc.
 
My goal is to negotiate the best price for you and make the sell of your home as stress free as possible. As your real estate agent, I help you objectively evaluate every buyer's offer without compromising your position. The initial contract offer is only the beginning of a process of appraisals, inspections and financing -- a lot of possible pitfalls. I can help you write a legally binding, win-win agreement that will make it through the process.
